Problem of Practice
Continued focus on student learning outcomes in Mathematics are decreasing, instructional practices are outdated, and math educators desire an increased amount of job-embedded professional learning that meets students needs while supporting the implementation of new instructional resources.
Overview
This project aims to enhance math instruction and deepen the pedagogical and content knowledge of instructional assistants, teachers, and administrators through research-based practices, observing and debriefing live instruction to directly impact student learning in alignment with the Oregon Math Project goals.
