New Principal Collaborative

Problem of Practice

New school leaders need job specific professional learning and a network of peer support to help support them in meeting the challenges of the job so they can feel effective and want to continue to be school leaders.

Overview

Participants will receive the tools to implement practices of strong leaders, to build an inclusive, equity centered school culture; to mold a school where everyone wants to work.

This is a combination of professional learning and creating a community of practice meeting five times throughout the school year.
