Educator Experience Dashboard

Overview

MCREN’s Educator Experience Dashboard provides districts and ESDs with the ability to access educator recruitment and retention data. This empowers leaders to make informed and equitable data guided decisions about services and policies needed for improving the recruitment, preparation, induction and support of educators at each stage of the educator’s career.

Program includes:

• Dashboard data for teacher, administrator, and paraprofessional counts, demographics, and 3 and 5 year retention rates using data from the Oregon Department of Education.
