Problem of Practice

Equity Leaders & Change Makers need a way to lean on – and learn from – their colleague connections because DEIB work is mentally and systemically filled with challenges. When we lean on a trusted community of practice, our collective efforts can move forward the work across the region to meet the needs of all students and educators and bring awareness and solutions to the systemic/institutional/ ideological forms of oppression holding the problem in place.

Overview

The DEIB network is a community of practice which brings Equity Leaders and Change Makers together to lean on and learn from each other.

Program includes:

• Monthly covenings (virtual and in-person rotation)
• Collaboration and consultation with The Equity Collaborative facilitators
