Growing workloads, administrative burdens, and a lack of support increasingly threaten teacher retention. The rapid advancement of generative AI presents both opportunities and challenges for PK-12 education to reduce these pressures and provide meaningful support. However, a critical gap exists in educators’ understanding of and ability to effectively integrate this technology into their practice.
Overview
This project brings staff together from CESD and MESD to spearhead regional initiatives focused on integrating AI tools into curriculum development, special education, and workload efficiencies.
