A No-Cost Network Professional Learning Series for New Educator Mentors

Educator Mentors, Instructional Coaches and Educators leading peers in professional growth – you are invited to delve into the Mentor Collaborative (with Lori Cohen & Bianca Espinosa!)

Together, we will focus on accountability, conditions for safety & belonging, as well as spaces that are generative and collaborative.

You will have the opportunity to learn about responsive, growth-oriented approaches to equity-centered mentoring, to build & deepen skills in facilitating dialogue, and to collaborate with educators in our region around research-informed practices that best meet the needs of the educators you work with.

This series is designed for educators in service as Mentors, Peer Coaches, or Instructional Coaches from Multnomah County or Clackamas County Public Schools.
