A No-Cost Professional Learning Series for School Administrator Coaches

The MCREN Administrator Coach Collaborative is a no-cost professional learning series and community of practice open to school administrators that are currently in a coaching role seeking to grow their leadership coaching skills.
The Administrator Coach Collaborative will develop a coach’s expertise in supporting principals and assistant principals. It is aligned to the Professional Standards for Educational Leaders and integrates research-based best practices with participants’ knowledge and experiences.
This series consists of five sessions (both in-person and virtual) from September 2025 through April 2026.
Session Schedule:
- Session 1: 9/23/25, 4-6:00 p.m. at CESD
- Session 2: 10/14/25, 4-5:30 p.m. virtual
- Session 3: 12/2/25, 4-5:30 p.m. virtual
- Session 4: 2/10/26, 4-5:30 p.m. virtual
- Session 5: 4/21/26, 4-6:00 p.m. at CESD
MCREN’s Administrator Coach Collaborative is facilitated by Mike Scott, former Superintendent of Hillsboro School District. Mike brings a depth and breadth of knowledge in education having served as Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources, Principal, Assistant Principal, Counselor and Teacher. As a certified executive coach he coaches school and district leaders.
