A No-Cost Professional Learning Series for Elementary Principals

If you are an elementary school principal seeking to strengthen your leadership practice and build teacher efficacy, join us for this NO COST professional learning series in 2025-26!

Hosted by MCREN in partnership with North Clackamas School District, Coaching for Transformation provides authentic opportunities for school walkthroughs, collaborative reflection, and embedded time to practice effective coaching conversations. Participants will learn practical strategies to engage in meaningful conversations that resonate with all staff—from the most reluctant to the highest performing—while fostering a culture of growth and shared responsibility for student success.

This professional learning series is facilitated by Lori Cohen, teacher, coach, leader, facilitator, and author with over 25 years of experience working in education.
