A Network Professional Learning Series for New Educator Mentors

New Educator Mentors, Instructional Coaches and Educators leading peers in professional growth – you are invited to delve into the Mentor Collaborative (with Lori Cohen & Bianca Espinosa!)

Together, we will focus on accountability, conditions for safety & belonging, as well as spaces that are generative and collaborative.

You will have the opportunity to learn about responsive, growth-oriented approaches to equity-centered mentoring, to build & deepen skills in facilitating dialogue, and to collaborate with educators in our region around research-informed practices that best meet the needs of the educators you work with.
