The BIPOC Regional Affinity, Action, & Advancement (A3) Network is funded by the Multnomah-Clackamas Regional Educator Network (MCREN). One of MCREN’s goals is to help support innovative models & change ideas in the region that can make education a career that is irresistible, sustainable, and fulfilling for all — but most especially for our educators of color.
Participation in the network comes at no cost! We invite BIPOC teachers, paraprofessionals, pre-service educators, and professors.

Meet the Network Coach and Facilitator
Joe Truss is a speaker, racial equity coach, anti-racist professional development leader and consultant, as well as a father of three kids under six and a husband to a high school teacher, Before consulting, he spent eight years as a school leader and 10 as an educator. His passion is school transformation, using a lense of racial equity.
