Session 1 • Friday, March 17 from 9am to 3:30pm at CESD
Stretching Your Learning Edges : Growing (Up) at Work
We’ll offer mindsets and practical resources for guiding and stimulating your learning journey, including five facets of what it means to grow (up) in a work context: identity, certainty, responsibility, reciprocity, and resiliency.

Session 2 • Friday, August 4 from 9am to 3:30pm at CESD
Swimming in the Deep End: Four Foundational Skills for Leading
Cultivate the foundational leadership skills you need to effectively lead successful school improvement initiatives – thinking before speaking, preempting resistance, responding to resistance, and managing oneself through change and resistance.

Session 3 • Thursday, November 30 from 9am to 3:30pm at CESD
Hard Conversations Unpacked : Who, When, and What-If
Tough talks are never easy. In this third and final session, we’ll explore how to speak intentionally with colleagues about work-related issues through a planned, interactive, and personal approach.

Registrants are encouraged to attend all three sessions, as the content builds on the previous sessions. Participants from Multnomah and Clackamas counties will be provided with reference books corresponding to each topic, and lunch will be provided at each session.
